What information SEMFAS holds
SEMFAS is used internally by Rayusi Learning Center to run its resource-room program. It holds student records (name, contact information, mandated services, session notes, and related documents) and staff/provider records (name, contact information, and role) — entered directly by Rayusi Learning Center staff, not collected from the general public.
How it's used
Solely to operate the resource-room program: tracking mandated services, matching students with providers, documenting sessions, and producing the records and reports the program is required to keep. It is not used for advertising, and is not sold.
Text messages
Service providers may text in session notes and receive related automated replies and reminders. Phone numbers used for this are the provider's own, on file with Rayusi Learning Center — not shared for any purpose beyond operating this messaging. Who it's shared with
Only the outside services SEMFAS relies on to run at all — hosting, database, email, and text-message delivery — strictly to provide those functions, and any disclosure required by law. It is not shared for marketing or sold to third parties.
How it's protected

How long it's kept
Records are kept until a Rayusi Learning Center administrator chooses to delete them; nothing is deleted automatically.
Your choices
